This petition is to stop animals being used in dangerous situations where they’re not needed. Where cars, motorised bikes and pedal bikes work just as well and is a lot safer for everyone involved, especially the animals. Why put a poor defenceless animal at risk of harm and possibly death when the use of cars and motorcycles are a lot more safer and even offer more protection to our officers on the job! 

I’m writing this in regards to the poor horse on duty that suffered a broken nose from a brick being thrown at an officer and missed. 

These poor animals are living, breathing creatures just like humans and do not deserve such treatment. For them to be working in such stressful conditions is not a good life for them at all!!

Humans know what they are getting into when training for and taking up such a job as police force, army etc. Horses and other animals are forced into the life and then shot if/when they get injured. We wouldn’t treat humans like this so why treat animals like this?

We as humans do not deserve animals, at all! 

I want this to be recognised as far and wide as possible! So please please spread the word and sign the petition! Save our animals from unnecessary hurt, stress and death!
