Bristol Virginia Public Schools Board Chair Steve Fletcher recently made demeaning and inflammatory comments toward constituents in his district. In response to a woman’s racially sensitive post, he is quoted saying things such as “ you need to be let out to pasture,” “have a great life.” He engaged in vile disrespect during an argument with a Bristol Virginia resident.
