If your local shops are on Ashley Road and you are on a lower income, you are charged extra to buy things on your debit card, or charged extra to withdraw cash from convenience stores.
If you want free access to YOUR cash, you have to walk all the way to Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road or Stapleton Road.
Why should this be so?!
