Movie run times have been pushed longer and longer, which is both awesome and potentially problematic for some. Not wanting to miss any of the movie, most people just try to hold it in, if they need to use the rest room, potentially causing future damage to their bladders or digestive systems, and older people may not have the choice at all. 

What I propose is bringing back a 15 minute intermission for theater movies with a run time of more than 3 hours. This would not only let people relieve themselves, but get up to stretch their legs, and buy more concessions for the second half of the movie. Doing this would keep everyone healthy and safe, as well as pay for itself for theater owners through the additional concession sales. Its a win for everyone and you will certainly enjoy it during the next installment of your favorite 3+ hour movie.
