On Monday November 5th, Netflix Japan announced that Part 6 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean would be released on Wednesday the 1st of December, as a batch of the first 12 episodes. While this may seem as a great announcement, it is lacking from the traditional JoJo watching experience.

This petition has two goals:

• Demand Netflix release the first 12 episodes weekly in pairs starting on Friday the 3rd of December.
• Secondly is that Netflix will then release the following remaining episodes in accordance with their air dates in Japan on Tokyo MX starting on Friday the 7th of January, 2022.  

For nearly the past decade of JJBA anime, every new episode was premiered on a Friday. That one episode had a week to generate discussion and create a consecutive watching experience for the whole community. With only one episode releasing every week, each episode got its proper time in the light. Not only that but it was on a Friday, the first night of the week where friends could gather, where people could sit down by themselves and have the weekend to look forward to. While the show itself is great and very much appreciated, the watching experience is just as important. 

Netflix has shown that they are capable of releasing shows on a weekly basis, with the most recent example being Komi Can't Communicate. As a result of this, Netflix is allowing a better watch experience to happen. While it may be too late to change the first 12 episode air date of Wednesday the 1st, we as a community of fans and customers have an opportunity to demand from the company we pay to provide a better release schedule. 

In addition to today's Netflix early arrival announcement, it was also announced that several Japanese TV stations will begin airing an episode a week on every Friday starting on the 7th. This is perfect and what we need and demand Netflix to follow. This has always been the normal way things have been premiering as in Japan. However now we can support these channels and in turn Netflix by using it to watch these episodes that the Japanese TV channels premier every Friday.
