As a WWE fan and aspiring WWE commentator hailing from the heart of New England, I write this petition born out of an immense love for wrestling, and a shared belief that our passion is understood and deeply felt by many others in our community. It’s time for WWE to recognize the sizeable fan base on our turf and to host a Pay-Per-View event in Massachusetts, specifically WWE Summerslam 2027 at Gillette Stadium.

With the vast capacity of Gillette Stadium, the energy and support of the WWE universe in New England could truly be exemplified. With the Stadium’s seating capacity of 65,878 which can be expanded to hold about 70,000 viewers for big events, the fanbase in Massachusetts and surrounding states could easily fill it up (source: Gillette Stadium).

The impact it would have on local businesses would also be profound, bringing an economic boom to Massachusetts through the influx of visitors who would be spending on hotels, restaurants, transportation and other entertainment.
