District 196 don't include weighted GPA, so students with AP, CIS, Honors and PSEO are weighted the same as students who take all regular courses. Multiple colleges weight courses in their own way, and some could rarely give credit to PSEO, CIS or even Honors. By Including Weighted GPA, it shows course rigor to colleges, and will take quality into fact within the high school.

Goal:

Honors - +0.5 GPA boost

AP - +1.0 GPA boost

CIS - +1.0 GPA boost

PSEO - +1.0 GPA boost

Edit: The GPA boost is for the class, not the total GPA (so you cannot get like a 7.0 GPA, max is a 5.0, if you take all AP and College.) Also our goal number is 100 signatures to get this recognized to District 196. Let's take action!!
