Please sign this petition to request these decision makers work together to facilitate the return of Big Red, momma of 2 month old Tiny Red and all the Wild Donkeys rounded-up from our community including any born in captivity. We ask that any further transport from holding pens be immediately stopped until resolution of our request.

We ask Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue Board of Trustees to allow these Donkeys to be transferred to our local Sanctuary, DonkeyLand. We will come and pick them up so you don't have to do anything except to say yes.

The community has arranged transportation for them to be accepted at DonkeyLand where they will live their lives together forever on 500 fenced in acres with the ability to add 1500 acres with complete fencing as necessary.

Your fundraising emails and campaigns, as recent as January 29, 2025 for urgent financial support mention the price of gas has skyrocketed. Why keep asking the public that you urgently need their help in donations for gas money, rescue, provide urgent vet care, feed, transport and care for all these 1,000+ Donkeys when you ONLY took 256?

In addition, the contract between The County of San Bernardino and Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue has been terminated. San Bernardino County announced it was terminated on January 25, 2025.

Let us remove this huge financial burden from your organization.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to use donors hard earned money to help rescue other Donkeys in need of being saved? These Donkeys have a fully guaranteed home for the rest of their life at DonkeyLand.

So you don’t have to be frustrated working for hours in the blazing sun to save these amazing Donkeys, give them back to us!

We ask the decision makers, County of San Bernardino and PVDR Board of Trustees to allow them to come home, this is the right thing to do.

Please sign this petition in support of returning Big Red for her 2 month old daughter Tiny Red and all the others that were rounded-up from the areas of Reche Canyon and San Timoteo Canyon in Southern California.

Please share this petition and contact the decision makers above to help spread the awareness that the community is supportive to return the Donkeys to their home.
