On the morning of May 30 at around 8:00 A.M in Eagle Pass, Texas, Bridge#2, an officer was caught in camera abusively and aggressively mishandling a K9 officer of the german shepherd breed, strongly pulling the dog, and exposing the human’s lack of training to handle a K9. This person needs to be brought to justice for abusing an officer, animal abuse, improper training and misuse of resources.
