It’s been 16 years since the last NHL game had a release on PC with NHL 09, and it’s about time that the series comes back.

Many people including myself have moved from playing on consoles to PC’s and for the longest time we couldn’t play any current sports titles. Ever since FC, Madden and others have made the jump, people have loved it and their player base is bigger and even stronger than before.

The reputation and the interest for the NHL series is at an all time low due to players not liking the gameplay and features. On top of that, people don’t want to have to purchase a new console or buy a yearly online subscription to play these games. there’s a big PC community that have been begging for years to be able to play the newest NHL games. Having a PC release won’t fully fix the series, but will definitely put EA Sports on the right track.

 It’s not happening for NHL 25 but EA sports can definitely make it happen for NHL 26. Most people would be happy even if NHL 26 is a carbon copy of NHL 25 but is playable on PC.
