Now, they’re expanding their search beyond Arlington Heights, and our region has emerged as a serious contender. Indiana lawmakers have already passed House Bill 1292 to pave the way for attracting a major sports franchise. The infrastructure, the legislation, and the will are here.

This isn’t just about football. This is about jobs, growth, and turning Northwest Indiana into a destination. A new NFL stadium would bring massive investment, year-round tourism, and opportunities for local businesses. It would inject pride and energy into a region that’s often overlooked—and it would do so without asking our state to shoulder all the costs alone.
