The 42 bus service route from West Bromwich to Tipton has been redesigned and given wholly over to Diamond Buses.

Since this change there has been a marked decline in the service offered, often with buses not turning up or being late. The current service provided by the monopoly of Diamond is beyond shocking.

This is an important route and serves many people and to give it up totally to an operator that is simply running it into the ground is unacceptable.

We would like TfWM to look again at this valuable bus service and consider National Express West Midlands sharing the route again and making it more reliable for those that need it most.

REMEMBER - Diamond do not want the Dudley route, West Midlands Travel do!
