Sweet Tomatoes was a salad based buffet opened first in California in 1978 in San Diego FL. The company that purchased the rights to “Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes” in 2023 was ST Three LLC. Back in 2020, Sweet Tomatoes was set to temporarily close because COVID-19 virus and reopen, but ended up shutting down permanently in May of 2020. There is currently one location that is open and very popular in AZ, and people have been asking for a rebrand for years. I am making this petition to possibly get Sweet Tomatoes back in places like FL, CA, and wherever the chain was. This was a very popular chain, and this buffet is dear to me. I (and I imagine others) would love to see a rebrand of the chain. I know that rebranding and expanding is expensive, but if Toys-R-Us can do it so can they. So everybody sign this petition and share it so we can make this dream happen!
