Change SSVT back as a religious institution. The order of importance is- Pooja to Deities, Congregation of Worshipers, and volunteers/management logistics for "smooth functioning"

1) Thanks to SSVT's Management Approach- more than 50% of the priests have resigned from the Temple as of February 2011. On March 5th 2011, Services were deeply affected, Archana tickets were not issued.

2) A culture of mutual disrespect is rampant among the priests, visiting worshippers and the "management"-- a trend that has gone from bad to worst over the years

3) The Holy Temple is not an avenue for individuals' corporate-type operational cravings. Everyone has to "serve" for Sanathana Dharma and not with a feeling of "attainment" when elected to responsible positions; higher the responsibility, greater is the call for a humble, servile and deliberative leadership

GET BACK TO BASICS-- RESPECT 1) SANATHANA DHARMA, 2) PRACTITIONERS OF SANATHANA DHARMA & 3) ALL ASSOCIATED VOLUNTEERS

There is no need for a "Management" if there are no Priests. Let us recognize our failures; A CHANGE IN THE CURRENT LEADERSHIP? MAYBE!
