West Michigan, a region brimming with over 1 million residents, is known for its vibrant gaming and arcade culture. Yet, despite the thriving enthusiasm for unique entertainment experiences, our region lacks one major player: Round1 Bowling & Arcade.

Currently, the only Round1 locations in Michigan are situated over 130 miles away in Metro Detroit, specifically in Auburn Hills and Novi. This means that fans, rhythm gamers, families, and entertainment enthusiasts from Grand Rapids must undertake a two-hour drive each way just to enjoy the one-of-a-kind experiences Round1 offers. This distance is a significant deterrent for many who are eager to partake in the excitement of arcade games, bowling, karaoke, and the many attractions that Round1 is renowned for.

Round1 is not just another entertainment venue. It is a place where friendships are forged over countless games won and lost, where families create lasting memories as they bowl strike after strike, and where competitive spirit thrives in the exhilarating atmosphere of e-sports and rhythm games. The presence of Round1 in Grand Rapids would not only serve our local community but also attract enthusiasts from the surrounding areas, providing a boost to our local economy.

The establishment of a Round1 venue in Grand Rapids would create numerous employment opportunities, stimulate local business growth, and enhance the cultural landscape of West Michigan. It would foster a community hub where people of all ages could gather for recreation and socialization in an engaging environment.

We believe that Grand Rapids deserves the dynamic, inclusive, and vibrant experiences that Round1 is known for. We call upon local business leaders, investors, and Round1 Corporate to consider the immense potential of bringing a Round1 location to West Michigan.
