We, the undersigned residents of Kosovo and members of the Kosovo diaspora, respectfully ask Revolut to make its services officially available to people living in Kosovo.

There is a significant and growing interest among people in Kosovo in using Revolut’s modern financial services. Many Kosovo residents already use digital banking and international financial services, and there is strong demand for a secure, reliable and modern platform such as Revolut.

Kosovo has a large population of young, digitally active people, as well as a large diaspora living throughout Europe and other parts of the world. Making Revolut available to Kosovo residents would provide an important financial service to a large number of potential customers.

We therefore respectfully ask Revolut to:

Add Kosovo to the list of countries where residents can officially open a Revolut account.
Allow residents of Kosovo to complete identity verification using Kosovo documents.
Provide Kosovo residents with access to Revolut’s banking and financial services under the same transparent conditions applicable to other supported European markets.
Consider the significant demand from Kosovo residents and the Kosovo diaspora when planning future market expansion.
This petition is not intended to address political issues. It is a request from potential customers who would like the opportunity to legally and officially use Revolut while residing in Kosovo.

We ask Revolut to listen to the voices of Kosovo residents and consider Kosovo for future expansion.
