Petition for the Maximum Legal Penalty Against Ramsay Khalid Ismail (aka “Johnny Somali”)

Playing obscene and sexually explicit material through loudspeakers in public areas, including locations frequented by children and families;

Given that Mr. Ismail is now facing legal consequences for his actions, we strongly urge the courts and relevant legal authorities to impose the maximum penalty available under the law.
