Ralo was acting out and his mother ( kia)decided to sell him vs seeking to understand and solve the issues to why he was behaving badly. She begged for Ralo and was warned of the issues that may take place. Without her wife’s permission and approval from the kids she took matters into her own hands and sold Ralo leaving the family broken. 
This petition is to reunite Ralo with his family.
