Bring parity to Minecraft Legacy Editions!

Bring parity to Minecraft Legacy Editions!
The Issue

After the Minecraft: Xbox One and Nintendo Switch Editions were discontinued in favor of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (a unified version of the game) the PlayStation 4 Edition of legacy Minecraft had continued getting update support all the way up to 1.14, or the “Village and Pillage” update. On December 9th, 2019, the PlayStation 4 legacy edition of the game had finally been replaced by the Bedrock version, and thus it was the final console edition to go out.
At this point, every legacy console version of Minecraft had been updated to at least 1.13. That is, all other than the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch editions. It doesn’t exactly make sense either, considering their predecessors, the Xbox 360, Wii U, and even PlayStation Vita had all gotten that 1.13 update, despite being less powerful than their newer-gen counterparts. This petition is meant to ask 4J Studios, Mojang, and Microsoft if they could allow the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch editions of the game to be updated to 1.14, or the same update as the PlayStation 4, since they should be more than capable of handling it. Doing this would also create a sort of “parity” between the legacy versions, which always looks nice, and that’s not even mentioning the amount of legacy console Minecraft enjoyers that would be thrilled by this update.
For those of you considering signing this petition: please, spread this around to friends or community that play the legacy console versions of Minecraft! That way, it can gain traction and hopefully catch the attention of people like popular YouTubers, etc, and eventually 4J and Mojang themselves. Without your help in spreading this petition, it will likely just fade off, and never have the possibility of making a difference.
