My child is one of the players in the volleyball  team, and she has been deeply affected by the sudden removal of her beloved coaches. Over the past year, these coaches have not only taught our children the fundamental skills of the game but have also imparted invaluable life lessons. Their dedication, passion, and understanding made them not just coaches, but mentors and role models to these young players.

Our team has shown remarkable improvement under their guidance, and the bond between the players and coaches is unbreakable. Each practice was a joyful and encouraging experience, boosting the players' self-esteem and fostering a love for the sport. The abrupt change in coaching staff threatens this environment and risks undoing all the progress that has been made.

It is crucial to address and understand the reasons behind this decision.  We must explore alternative solutions that prioritize the well-being and continued development of the players.

We urge the administration to consider the immense positive impact these coaches have had on our children’s lives. Bringing them back would not only benefit the team’s performance but also restore the emotional and motivational support that the players desperately need.
