Hope and Nando were asked to adopt a baby boy. He was born addicted to drugs and spent 2 weeks in the NICU as he was weaned off said drugs. Hope and Nando have spent every day of his life with him other than when he had sleepovers with his grandmas. He is so loved and well cared for. May 19,2022 birth mom showed up out of the blue with police officers and an adoption agency and physically tore him away from the only mom he has ever known. We are in the fight of our lives to bring our sweet, precious boy home. We love this little boy more than words can say. Please sign our petition in the hopes of getting him returned to the family that has taken care of him and love him. He has been thriving so well in our family. 

What we would like to see change is a birth mother should not be able to take a child from the family she chose, to give that child to another family without just cause. Rehoming a child without relevant cause or proof of unfit to parent should be illegal.
