Update 5/19: Joshs story has been viewed over 1 million times. His story is bringing first responder mental health to the forefront of concerns in many departments and organizations. Coworkers, friends, family, and strangers have reached out in support of Josh. Please watch this 10 minute video of what Josh and his family have been facing in the last several months. I could go on and tell so much more, but the details are here. The proof is documented and recorded.

I want to make it very clear as I see how rapidly this is being spread. One board member did everything in his power to bring this to the boards attention when this first started. Thank you, David Joseph. Words actually cannot express our gratitude. Although, he was attempted to be silenced by those that were trying to keep it hidden (which you can visibly witness in the past several meetings), he did the best he could to keep Joshs situation at the forefront.

For those that caused this, hid this, created more agony, or helped bury him in a deeper pit… I hope you can find it in you to make this right. I cannot imagine life being so bad that you become incapable of filling someones basic needs while they are in such a broken place.

I have added the go fund me and Venmo below, should anyone feel the need to donate. 100% goes straight to Josh’s PTSD treatment and other expenses as he heals and finds his way back to a new normal.

I will end with Josh’s favorite verse  “It will cost you everything.”
