Our BOCES Culinary & Hospitality teacher Mark Lovato has been unfairly forced to resign his position as our teacher, he was the best Culinary teacher Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Oswego BOCES has ever hired. Lovato has taught us many skills in the field with his experience, as well as teach us life skills that we will forever cherish. At the moment, the entire Culinary & Hospitality Junior Class is on board with trying to bring him back for our senior year, and many years to come after. Even next years juniors were excited to start their Culinary journey with him as their teacher. The one thing that Lovato wanted us to do for him was that we try our best and that we graduate from BOCES and our home schools. But that can’t happen unless we get him back.
