Luke has autism, severe learning difficulties and epilepsy. After seizures and a breakdown, he was detained in a mental hospital where excessive sedation, restraint, neglect and inaccurate reports have caused serious decline. We want the Government or the Responsible Clinician (RC)—the lead psychiatrist to get him home urgently, correct the reports, assess him properly and provide the right 1‑to‑1 supported living. We want the UK Government or to urgently get Luke out of hospital, correct the inaccurate reports about his behaviour, ensure he receives proper care without over sedation and provide the right 1‑to‑1 supported living so he can safely come home instead of deteriorating on a ward.
