It has recently come to light that Ju Haknyeon's contract was unilaterally terminated by the agency, even when he had not agreed to the termination of his exclusive contract. Various media and news outlets have been accusing him of acts he hasn't committed - he has even made three clarifications on his Instagram account.

Hence, his removal from the group was by unfair means.
