Bring IKEA to Wichita, KS

Bring IKEA to Wichita, KS
The Issue
The people of Wichita and surrounding areas would really benefit from an IKEA. To date, there is only an IKEA in Kansas City - about a 3 hour drive from Wichita. Some people may think that this isn't that far of a drive, but for all of us here, it is a long drive. We've been driving to KC for all of our IKEA needs, but it would make things so much easier (and we'd definitely spend more money) if it was closer to us.
While we aren't as big as Kansas City, we do offer several colleges that have on average about 50,000 students enrolled per year. College students are one of the biggest customers of IKEA.
A store in Wichita would also support towns such as Anthony, Attica, Harper, Kingman, Mulvane, Andover, El Dorado, Goddard, Newton, Maize, Independence, Wellington, and Derby - among many other small towns and communities in the area. With just the cities mentioned, that's a combined population of 660,813 people.
It's been almost a decade since IKEA was built in Kansas City - it's time for KC's neighbor to finally get an IKEA.
Let's make it easier for more people in the ICT area to support IKEA!
