PETITION FOR THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF FORMER PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE FROM THE ICC

To: The International Community, The Government of the Philippines, and The Filipino People

We, the undersigned, proud and patriotic Filipinos, stand in fierce condemnation of the illegal and unjust arrest of Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte (FPRRD) by the Marcos administration and his forcible surrender to the International Criminal Court (ICC).

This is an Outrageous Violation of Justice, Sovereignty, and the Filipino Spirit!
🇵🇭 We are not Filipinos for nothing! 🇵🇭 We will not stand idly by while our nation’s greatest leader is kidnapped and humiliated before foreign powers.

🔹 The Philippines is NOT a member of the ICC – The ICC has no legal jurisdiction over FPRRD, making this arrest illegitimate and unlawful.
🔹 A Shameless Political Persecution – Marcos Jr. and his corrupt allies are using FPRRD as a scapegoat to cover up their failures in governance, corruption, rising crime, and economic collapse.
🔹 An Unforgivable Betrayal of Philippine Sovereignty – Surrendering a former President to a foreign court is an act of treason and a direct insult to the Filipino people’s dignity and independence.
🔹 A Manipulation to Control the 2025 Elections – The Marcos administration is weaponizing international law to weaken political opposition and silence millions of Filipinos who support Duterte’s leadership.
🔹 An Unjust, Unlawful, and Inhumane Arrest – FPRRD was forcibly taken without due process, without legal justification, and without the people’s consent. This is a disgraceful act of tyranny.

Our Demand: BRING HIM HOME IMMEDIATELY!
💥 FPRRD does not deserve this! He is a true patriot, a man who dedicated his life to serving and protecting the Filipino people. His only crime is his unwavering love for the nation.

💥 We demand his immediate and unconditional release! He must be returned to the Philippines NOW and be judged only by the Filipino people, NOT by foreign powers!
