Lancaster has a fantastic community and a massive student population, but our high street is missing affordable fashion anchors like H&M. Local residents are forced to travel to Preston or Manchester just to buy basic high-street clothing. This takes vital revenue out of our local economy. By signing this petition, we are showing H&M corporate and Lancaster BID that the demand is here, the market is ready, and a Lancaster store would be incredibly successful.
