Bring coach frank back

The Issue

Recently, due to the lack of pay, we lost a huge part of our team. Frankie was a teacher and coach that brought us all together in the best ways possible. As a coach he always knew what was best... not only for our team but for us as individuals. We all had a different bond with him. For me and for many others, he was like an older brother. He always had faith in us and always made sure we knew that we could get better. He was the first person who I felt actually had faith in me without even knowing me. He was himself with everyone even if he didn't know them and welcomed them to the team with open arms. Today was our first practice without him and it genuinely was not the same. The entire track team has been a mess since he has left. He made us who we are and made us all work harder to be better every day. Frankie showed us the best ways to run, throw, jump, and most importantly win. No matter how bad we did at a meet he was always there reassuring us we would eventually get to where we needed to be.

This has affected many people like his students because Frank was a teacher who dedicated countless hours to his students, both during and after school helping them get better at what they wanted to be better at and ensuring all of them that they had the support and guidance they needed to succeed. He consistently went above and beyond, offering extra help, staying late, and even organizing after-school workouts to help him enhance his students' learning in practices. Frank was not getting paid fairly for the amount of effort and time he invested into his job. His hard work, passion for teaching, and genuine care for his students deserve recognition. Bringing him back and fixing his pay is the best way to do that.

Thank you to whoever is trying to help out. We really appreciate you for your time and support.
