Ever since City of Truro was withdrawn from service (due to a hole in a cylinder) in 2013 & placed on static display at The National railway museum in York, England, UK, many Thomas fans around the world have been devastated by the news. If we raise enough funds for a new parts for City of Truro, maybe City of Truro himself would be restored into steam again. And maybe, just maybe mind them, it would give many Thomas fans the opportunity to make their own come back stories of City of Truro himself.
