Bring Buc-ee's to Stafford County

Bring Buc-ee's to Stafford County
The Issue
Buc-ee's is a gas station/convenience store known for its massive size and is open 24/7, 365 days a year. The chain offers fuel, charging stations, snacks, fresh BBQ and sandwiches, baked good, souvenirs, and travel items. The establishment typically has 80 to 120 gas pumps offering fuel from unleaded to diesel. Many locations now offer Tesla Superchargers as well. 18-wheelers are prohibited from entering the locations as "the company's parking lots and driveways are not designed to accommodate truckers."
Buc-ee's averages roughly 250 employees, while offering PTO (use it, cash it, or roll it), 401K (up to 6% match), and Insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Employees are paid weekly at higher than normal travel center rates.
Cashier, Gift, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Grocery Stocker - ~$16/hr
Food Service and Car Wash - ~$19/hr
Team Lead - ~$18 - $21/hr
Department Manager - ~$23 - $31/hr
Stafford County has proven time after time of being incapable of bringing any unique and diverse businesses to the area. The county is notorious for only have fast food restaurants, Wawa, Sheetz, storage units, vape shops, used car dealerships, and Section 8 housing. Stafford County does not have enough infrastructure to suffice the amount of residents it houses. The county is struggling and in need to build six additional schools just to meet the bare minimum requirement to hold its students.
Buc-ee's will not only be a new and unique business that brings more than just fuel, it will bring hundreds of more jobs and opportunities for the growing community, more fresh and hot food options within its store, and the convenience of being able to shop for gifts, household items, apparel, and travel items. In order for Stafford County to prove to the state and neighboring counties that it is capable of being more than a commuter city and that the county is trying to diversify, Buc-ee's coming to town is a must!
