We, the parents, students, alumni, staff, and community members of Brooke County, respectfully ask the Brooke County Board of Education to strongly consider a qualified educator from within our own school community when selecting the next principal of Brooke High School.

Our students and staff deserve leadership from someone who understands our schools, our community, our traditions, and—most importantly—our students.

Brooke County is filled with dedicated educators who have spent years building relationships with our students and families. At a time when our school community needs stability, trust, unity, and strong leadership, we believe there is tremendous value in choosing someone who already knows what it means to be a Bruin.

This petition is not about criticizing outside candidates. It is about asking our Board of Education to recognize the talented, respected, and qualified educators we already have within Brooke County.

We want a leader our students can trust, our staff can respect, and our community can stand behind.
