Three weeks ago my family’s friend dog got out of his back yard. Most people have seen this on the news. Blaze was shot. A False 911 caller reported that Blaze was attacking a woman and her dog. Also released on the news. A neighbor who has ring video shows the woman interacting with the dog petting him and her and her dog continue on there walk. Blaze continues on his walk went to the park he did not bother anyone.  As most dogs he had himself a day. The police arrive laughing and looking for the dog. Why because they know Blaze. On the news it appears that you hear a aggressive dog barking. That is not Blaze that was the owners other dog barking. I have always said what you read or see in or on the news probably has another story. In this case it sure does. Blaze was shot and ran into his garage. Animal control is called in saying the dog is injured. Also on the news. What you don’t know is Blaze was taken to the hospital. Doctor informs family the bullet will remain in Blaze. Blaze is now moved to spca. This is where I get lost. The family is not allowed to see Blaze. I have even went to bring him toys. I just want to show him love that he is not forgotten.  Blaze is being held, he needs to come home to his family he needs therapy but most of all he needs to know that he is loved by many. Blaze has never bitten anyone nor is he a threat to anyone. Please sign this petition so this family knows that we want Blaze home also. Please help us bring the puppy home and let’s show the world that what you see on the news or read in the news is actually not what really happened. Lets bring Blaze home and our town can become one again. Blaze come home.
