Whereas; now more than ever we need reminders of not just what color and nerdiness-in-not-just-the-BBT-sense look like in our TV shows but what hope, optimism, and helping people out just because they need it look like in our world

Whereas; even if its stars now have other commitments (e.g. I don't know for sure if Skylar Astin is still in So Help Me Todd, IMDB says yes but it also says Geena Davis is when she was replaced with Marcia Gay Harden before the show had even gotten-or-at-least-revealed its title) they could mess with the filming schedule so they can balance both, they've done that for other shows for other people

Whereas; seeing as how God Friended Me, Kevin Probably Saves The World and Woke only lasted two seasons each and Wonderfalls (originator of this subgenre as far as I know) didn't even get two, some show needs to break the curse and unless I come up with an original idea for a similar sort of show if it can be ZEP it might as well be

Whereas; in a world where Glee is thought to be so cringe people make jokes about Ryan Murphy being god when Lea Michele finally gets to play Fanny Brice or about how if they were still going on they would have covered-and-ruined famously-PoC-connected songs ranging from Old Town Road to We Don't Talk About Bruno to anything from Hamilton, we need not just good musical shows but musical shows full of genuineness and heart and covers-that-don't-seem-like-the-plot-was-built-around-them-even-if-it-was to make people like liking musical shows again

Whereas; it's a trailblazing show in terms of amount of diversity to the point where even if it was being brought back by being rebooted in ten years as my mom suggested it'd be hard to find cast of that same talent with those same identities (especially for Mo, good look finding someone with similar look and gender identity whose talent measures up to Alex Newell)

Whereas; the Christmas special didn't tie up all the threads that S2-and-especially-the-finale left loose and therefore there's room for the show to grow and expand without getting into any sort of weird mythos about how her gift works that ends up consuming the core of the show like how something like Haven went kinda downhill

Therefore; Roku or even Hulu or Netflix or something else like that if Roku won't should bring back Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist
