In 2003 West Watford railway station closed down. Now in 2025, Watford’s public transport is being cut, with new bus routes being cancelled daily, it’s time to fix our public transport and we already have the perfect template. New homes and schools built in the area, West Watford station on Tolpits Lane is the perfect start for the future of public transport, the new station will benefit everyone in Watford and the indecisiveness of the council hurts the project. We hope this petition with the power of the community on our side will push the council to action and bring back West Watford station.
