Long ago, in the golden age of the 1990's, Santa Fe Gordita's and Chalupas were .99 cents, filling, tasty, and affordable. Even when they went to $1.79, I said nothing, and we continued to buy them by the bag. Gone are the days of buying a bag of Santa Fe Gordita's and handing them out to your friends on break. The delicious corn, black beans and spicy sauce is lost to time, like tears in rain.
