I saw a post on Facebook the other day showing Matthew McConaughey talking about Maite Rodriguez and how she wore green Chuck Taylor's with hearts on the toes. I put this petition together because I feel that this would be a great way to not only honor those lost in this awful tragedy, but also as a way for us to show solidarity and raise awareness to the issues of gun violence.  

I am asking Converse to make a pair of green Chuck Taylor's with a heart on the toe available to be purchased by us to show support for Uvalde and all of the other countless victims and their families of gun violence. 

Converse should also donate all of the proceeds to the victims and their families of not only Uvalde, but also other charities that are out there that help raise awareness to gun violence and some type of control.
