Thousands of trance music fans, both Romanian and international, are directly affected by the current UNTOLD 2025 lineup, which shows no sign of the beloved Fortune Stage returning.

For us, trance is not just a genre. It is a way of life, a state of mind, and a shared emotional space. UNTOLD was one of the few major global festivals that recognized and honored this culture with a dedicated trance stage.

Over the past 7 years, the Fortune Stage became a spiritual home for the global trance family: a place where fans from more than 30 countries gathered, formed lasting bonds, and returned year after year for the unique vibe that only Fortune could offer.

Without Fortune, we are not just losing a stage. We are losing a tradition, a safe haven, and a symbol of UNTOLD’s diversity. For many of us, Fortune was the main reason to attend. Its absence would mean silencing the trance voice at one of the world’s most inclusive festivals. UNTOLD's image as a space that embraces all forms of electronic music, commercial and underground alike, would suffer. The loss would also send a discouraging message to a loyal segment of the festival community: that their presence, passion, and identity are no longer valued.

The lineup for UNTOLD 2025 is not yet final. This is the moment for the organizers to hear our voices and recognize the cultural and emotional importance of the Fortune Stage. We urge UNTOLD to continue its tradition of diversity by bringing back Fortune - restoring a vital part of the festival’s soul and showing that trance still has its rightful place on the global stage.
