As a loyal customer and a fan of Chipotle's diverse menu, it deeply saddens me to see the removal of the Smoked Brisket, one of my personal favorites. The flavor of the smoked brisket was uniquely pleasing, providing a distinctive taste that was richly rewarding.

The brisket represents more than just a menu item for me; it symbolizes the creativity and diversity of Chipotle's offerings, which always attracted me and other customers who appreciate a good brisket. After all, Chipotle is loved by many for its commitment to offering flavorful, responsibly-sourced food.

According to industry studies, smoked meats, including brisket, have been growing increasingly popular and are expected to see more growth in the future (Source: The National Restaurant Association). Despite this, the beloved smoked brisket was abruptly taken away from us, leaving a void in the menus and our hearts.

I urge Chipotle to consider this plea from a devoted customer and thousands of others who have been left craving for the Smoked Brisket. We request that you review your decision and bring back the Smoked Brisket, thus reinstating a cherished menu item and adding to the richness of the culinary diversity that your establishment offers.
