Sierra Mist hit the shelves in '99, released by the Pepsi company. While often compared to Sprite, Sierra Mist contained only real sugar, was sweeter, and tasted less artificial, much like the limited release of Mountain Dews "DewShine". Everything about Sierra Mist is better than its competitors and it has been discontinued and replaced with "Starry", a Sprite knockoff that is clearly modeled after Sprites rebrand and tastes just as artificial. Join me in telling Pepsi that they made a mistake.
