Bring Back Roster Apps for JetBlue Employees in Boston

Bring Back Roster Apps for JetBlue Employees in Boston
The Issue
We, the undersigned JetBlue Ground Operations crewmembers in Boston, respectfully submit this petition to address the recent change from the Roster system (by Arcos) to UKG Pro for schedule bidding, shift trading, and related functions. While we understand the company's intentions to streamline processes, the switch has introduced significant challenges for employees, impacting both our morale and operational efficiency. Many of our team members find UKG Pro difficult to navigate compared to Roster. This lack of clarity has resulted in employees being unable to make trades, request changes, or effectively manage their schedules. The inability to easily trade and adjust shifts has forced several colleagues into schedules they cannot fulfill, increasing stress, absenteeism, and operational disruptions. Moreover, there has been insufficient training or resources provided to help employees understand the new system comprehensively. Many team members are left frustrated and unsure of how best to manage their schedules, leading to inefficiencies, reduced flexibility, and lower employee satisfaction. These issues ultimately affect JetBlue's ability to maintain smooth operations and a positive workplace culture in Boston. We kindly request JetBlue to consider reinstating Roster or a similar user-friendly platform. Alternatively, improving UKG Pro's functionality for shift trades, bidding, and schedule management would be beneficial. It is also crucial to provide comprehensive training and support to ensure all employees can use the system effectively. Please sign this petition to support your fellow JetBlue team members in finding a better solution for schedule management.
