Bring back Pledge of allegiance over school intercom every morning

Bring back Pledge of allegiance over school intercom every morning
The Issue
"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
Todays youth do not hear our great pledge of allegiance in schools anymore on a daily bases. This petition is to have the state government of Ohio and the Ohio board of education require all Ohio schools to have the audio play of the "Pledge of allegiance" over the intercom system every morning. The first amendment gives students the right to not have to stand, salute, or recite the "Pledge of Allegiance"
The "Pledge of Allegiance" has been fundamental Code of Laws of the United States of America since its conception in 1892, with many changes to it until it's final form in 1954.
The United States morals and values (under god) have been lost amongst our youth. (indivisible) citizens of the United States are more divided. (liberty, and justice for all) is no longer the sentiment among citizens. We need our future generations to be America and Americans first.
Supreme Court ruled in the case of "West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette" that students couldn't be forced to salute the US flag or say the pledge because doing so would violate their First Amendment rights.
Section 3313.602 of Ohio revised code states schools, "shall adopt a policy specifying whether or not oral recitation of the pledge of allegiance to the flag shall be a part of the school's program and, if so, establishing a time and manner for the recitation. However, no board of education shall prohibit a classroom teacher from providing in the teacher's classroom reasonable periods of time for the oral recitation of the pledge of allegiance to the flag."
House Bill 657, Enact the Transparency in Pledge of Allegiance "T.I.P.A." Act, would make schools have to display their "pledge of allegiance " rules.
