Makeup brand NYX discontinued their very popular matte vinyl liquid eyeliner product. These eyeliners came in bright, bold colors and were widely used by people everywhere.   This product has been “replaced” with a waterproof version that isn’t just waterproof but is painfully difficult to remove with makeup remover, applies thick and runny, and stains skin.
