Bring back minor injuries unit to Chepstow

The Issue

The minor injuries unit in Chepstow closed in 2011. With the increase in Chepstow population, there needs to be a minor injuries and illness unit in Chepstow. If lydney minor injuries moves to Cinderford Chepstow people will have to too far. See article below.
