Bring Back Kraft's Original Macaroni And Cheese Ingredients

The Issue

In late 2024 and especially in 2025, customers have noticed that Kraft's Macaroni and Cheese and its varieties have changed in the taste and in texture.  Kraft's Macaroni and Cheese now has a chewier texture, the cheese packets are not entirely filled and the new cheese tasted blander and less cheesy than it did before.  New ingredients added to Kraft's Macaroni and Cheese include turmeric, annatto, paprika and durum flour.  Turmeric has been known to cause side effects like dizziness, nausea, upset stomach and diarrhea, while annatto can cause side effects like hives, swelling and anaphylaxis.  Other Kraft Macaroni and Cheese varieties have also seen new ingredients added that have affected the taste of their Macaroni, including Xanthan Gum in Easy Mac Original Flavor and Cellulose Gum and Cellulose Gum in their Three Cheese Macaroni & Cheese.  Customers have voiced their disappointment with the new Macaroni and its new duller tasting cheese currently being made and sold, especially on websites like Reddit.  We, the customers, would like to see Kraft switch back to the original ingredients, texture and cheese used for their Macaroni and Cheese.
