Hotseat - the ability to play on one device in front of one monitor with many people the same game, also known as couch gaming. A function known in the series since Civ2, gathering families, partners, fiances, children and friends to play together in one room, on one couch. Many of us were introduced to the world of strategy this way, others spent dozens of hours treating Civilization games as board games, we all generated feelings and good memories thanks to the hotseat.
