Bring back the text chat in GTA5 Enhanced Online!

Want to do heists with random people?
Want to do contact missions with random people?
Want to make new friends online?
This is near impossible without a ingame text chat!

Sure, there are spammers in public sessions and all, but there are a lot of ways to counter this.
Enabling text chat everywhere except for in public sessions (where all the griefers and spammers are) is one of them.
