​In League of Legends patch 14.12, bruisers are in a bad spot after so much nerfs in popular items such as: Eclipse, Sundered Sky, Shojin, etc. Not to mention that top laners - the role in which bruisers are picked the most - have the least impact on the game. A few of the negatively impacted bruisers include: Aatrox (the lethality build doesn't give that much healing and the bruiser build deals zero damage), Renekton (deal zero damage and is not half way tanky late game), Riven (high skill ceiling but easy to counter) and so on. At the same time, new ADCs and APCs have enough self peeling powers such as MS, dashes and CC while bursting any bruiser frontline in 3 seconds. Tankers now have the damage of a juggernaut and lasting 3 weeks in every fights. Auto-attack melee champions now have a DPS of 3 marksmen while sustaining infinitely. 

To balance out the powers of bruiser while not having to manually buff every single one or nerfing every other classes, a simple solution is bringing back a modified version (mostly nerfed) of Goredrinker. This item provide good healing, damage and wave clear, overall a great first item. The changes shall be listed like this:
