The bratwurst has been a cultural staple in La Crosse and Wisconsin like in no other area in the USA.

Boiled in beer, finished golden on the grill, and slathered in a mountain of Sauerkraut we love our Brats. And in the days of yore, we would head over to Quillins, to by the delicious dark rye buns to cradle our culinary creations.

But although many of us remember enjoying our delicious bratwursts on the perfect, dark rye bratwurst bun, we have searched tirelessly in cities all over the USA for this delight to no avail.

Therefore, the people of the La Crosse area or anyone who remembers the joy of eating a brat on such a tasty piece of bread are looking for one of our local businesses to come to our aid and provide us with the dark rye bratwurst buns we cannot find anymore.

Whether this is Festival Foods, Kwik Trip, or another potential savior...

We need a HERO.
