We want to start by sharing with you how much Coach Ray means to us. Over the past few years, Coach Ray has been more than just a coach; he has been a mentor, a role model, and a guiding force in our journey through high school. He's taught us discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, not just in sports but in life itself. His coaching style has fostered an inclusive and encouraging environment where every player feels valued and motivated.

Coach Ray’s departure would significantly impact our senior year, a time that is supposed to be memorable and significant in our lives. Unfortunately, the decision to bring in new coaching staff does not reflect the wishes of those it impacts the most—us, the players. We understand that there are various factors considered in making such decisions, but the bond and trust that Coach Ray has established with our team are irreplaceable.

We propose maintaining the continuity of our team's development by retaining Coach Ray for our senior year. This transition period is crucial, and having a familiar and supportive figure like Coach Ray will ensure we remain resilient.
